Tongkat Ali was proven to be beneficial to reduce stress (cortisol) in the previous study by Talbott et al. (2013)2. Total stress was reduced, on average, by 16%.
A study by Tambi et al. (2010)8 looked at Tongkat Ali’s effects on male infertility. Tongkat Ali showed significant improvements in all semen parameters in the study.
Tongkat Ali may also have promising effects with regards to performance-enhancements. A study by Khanijo et al. (2016)9 found that Tongkat Ali has ergogenic properties which will contribute to benefits in athletes.
